HB2017: Allows elector who does not have valid Oregon driver license, driver permit or state identification card to update voter registration using electronic voter registration system by supplying last four digits of elector's Social Security number.

HB2018: Requires statements of independent expenditures to be filed with Secretary of State using electronic filing system.

HB2609 Enrolled: Deletes requirement that county audit include audit of circuit court.

HB3523 Enrolled: Requires statements of independent expenditures to be filed with Secretary of State using electronic filing system.

SJM0011: Urges Congress to support efforts to reinstate separation of commercial and investment banking functions in effect under Banking Act of 1933.

2015

HB2956: Repeals state preemption of charter and statutory authority of local governments to set minimum wage requirements.

SB0332: Repeals state preemption of charter and statutory authority of local governments to set minimum wage requirements.

2016

HB4110 Enrolled: Increases percentage of federal earned income credit allowed to personal income taxpayer, based upon age of taxpayer's dependent.

HB4144 B: Establishes Task Force on Utilization of the Earned Income Tax Credit.

SB1571 Enrolled: Directs Department of State Police to adopt rules concerning prioritization of testing untested sexual assault forensic evidence kits.

2017

HB2594 Enrolled: Allows nonimmigrant authorized to enter United States under Compact of Free Association to be law enforcement officer.

HB2927: Enacts Interstate Compact for Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote.

HB2949: Requires candidate for President or Vice President of United States, in order to appear on general election ballot or in general election voters' pamphlet, to provide Secretary of State with copy of candidate's federal income tax returns for five years preceding year of general election and with written consent for public disclosure of tax returns.

HB3356: Removes existing specification of maximum application and processing fees local government may charge for recommendation regarding Oregon Liquor Control Commission issuance or renewal of license.

HB3357 B: Increases amount of fees charged and collected by county clerks to record or file certain real property documents.

2018

HB4076: Establishes Small Donor Elections program to enable candidates for office of state Representative and state Senator to receive 6-to-1 match on small dollar donations.

HB4077: Requires statement of economic interest to include certain information about sources of income for business in which public official or candidate, or member of household of public official or candidate, is officer or holds directorship if source of income has legislative or administrative interest and 10 percent or more of total gross annual income of business comes from that source of income.

2019

HB2011 Enrolled: Requires specified professional regulatory boards to require persons authorized to practice professions regulated by board to complete cultural competency continuing education.

HB2704: Enacts Interstate Compact for Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote.

HB2716 Enrolled: Requires communications made in support of or opposition to candidate to state name of persons that paid for communication.

HB2743: For purposes of taxpayer election of reduced tax rate for certain pass-through income, reduces tax rates, reduces maximum eligible income and modifies employment requirements.

HB2983 Enrolled: Requires covered organizations that make political expenditures in excess of specified amount to file with Secretary of State donor identification list that identifies donors that made donations above $10,000 during election cycle to covered organization.

HB3004: Establishes Small Donor Elections Program to enable candidates for office of state Representative and state Senator to receive 6-to-1 match on small dollar donations.

HB3358: Increases state transient lodging tax rate and provides for transfer of moneys attributable to increase to county in which taxes were collected.

HJR0013: Proposes amendment to Oregon Constitution to permit Legislative Assembly, governing body of city, county, municipality or district, or people through initiative process, to enact laws or regulations regulating use of moneys in political campaigns.

SB0861 Enrolled: Requires state to pay for ballot return envelopes that can be returned by business reply mail, or other mailing service determined by Secretary of State to be more cost effective or efficient, for each election held in this state.

SB0870 Enrolled: Enacts Interstate Compact for Agreement Among the States to Elect the President by National Popular Vote.

SJM0005 Enrolled: Urges Congress to lead global effort to reduce threat of nuclear war.

2020

HB4141: Appropriates money to Oregon Department of Administrative Services for deposit in Court Appointed Special Advocate Fund and distribution to CASA Volunteer Programs.
